This product was easy to install and did the job I wanted it to do. It allowed the shower head to be adjusted to the right hight for different users. I had seen the product before was unable to find it locally.

This was just what I was looking for and for a good price. There were no instructions, but not too hard.

I got two of these for our double headed master shower. The quality is very good. Finish on the oil rubbed bronze was also very nice. No leaks and arm stays put even at a horizontal position. The part of the arm that attaches to the pipe from the wall does not have a nut that turns autonomously from the arm. This is true with all the models I looked at. So what you have to do is put it on lightly snug and then turn the unit until the arm is vertical.
